Process
Discovery & Brand Positioning
I began by defining Kvelle’s brand values, audience, and competitive landscape. The focus was on understanding how science, clean ingredients, and performance could be visually expressed in a confident and contemporary way.
Visual Identity Development
I led the creation of the visual identity, including typography, color palette, and graphic elements that reflect precision, performance, and modern beauty. The system was designed to be flexible across products and future launches.
Packaging Design
Packaging concepts were developed with a strong focus on hierarchy, readability, and visual impact. Iterations explored structure, finishes, and layout systems to balance functionality with a premium aesthetic.
Team Coordination & Project Management
Throughout the project, I managed a team of five, organizing workflows, assigning tasks, and leading feedback cycles. I ensured clear communication between stakeholders, aligned creative decisions with business objectives, and maintained momentum from concept through execution.
Results
The project resulted in a cohesive and confident brand system that positions Kvelle as a high-performance, science-backed beauty brand. The final visual identity and packaging designs reinforce trust, quality, and modernity, creating a strong foundation for product launches and future growth.
